Bench Press and Squat weight? - athletics statistics
I am 14 years old (birthday in early November), weight 105 pounds, the body fat percentage is too low (exactly) idk, now exhausted benching 135 and squatting 300th the bank is what is right for you although I sit a machine up to be in a situation that probably weighs a bit (probably around 25-75 pounds, but I'm not so). it's good? If you do not have any increase sites, the statistics on the High School Basketball / Athletics / children in general can or anything that helps. wherever you would be nice too. Thanks

Let's see. They are 14 and weighs 105 pounds. And you have little body fat. What a surprise? If you weigh 105, have low body temperature of meat.
Lift weights. And you wrote to see if someone you say that you're doing well. Well, I'll tell you that you look good. At 105, if you know to get the damn weight into the air, you too. Keep it up
